Shipping policy

To protect freshness during transit, orders are baked to order and shipped Monday–Wednesday. Delivery timing is shown at checkout. Lead times may vary depending on order volume and availability.

Shipping is available within the state of California only for a flat fee. We select the shipping carrier and service level to ensure cookies arrive within 1–2 business days once the order has shipped.

If your delivery zip code qualifies, a local delivery option will be presented at checkout for a delivery fee. After your order is placed, we will contact you to coordinate delivery details and timing.
