Allergen Disclosure

Our products are made in a home kitchen that processes common allergens including wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, tree nuts, and peanuts. Cross-contamination may occur. Customers with severe allergies should contact us before ordering; however, we cannot guarantee the absence of allergens. By placing an order, you acknowledge this risk.

Cottage Food Disclosure

Products are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to California food facility inspection requirements. This business is registered with Santa Clara County Public Health as a Class A cottage food operation.

Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Made-to-Order Nature

All products are made to order. Order modifications or cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of order placement and before preparation begins.

California Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

Perishable Goods

Products are perishable baked goods with limited shelf life. Storage and handling instructions are included with each order. We are not responsible for product quality issues resulting from improper storage, delayed delivery, or handling after delivery.
